Buying on OnlyDews
How ordering works
OnlyDews connects buyers and independent sellers. Orders, shipping quotes, and payments are handled with each seller through Discord.
Place an order
Sign in and join Dew Drinker Discord
You need to sign in with Discord and be a member of Dew Drinker Discord to place an order.
Choose the items you want
Add products to your cart and submit your order. If you order from more than one seller, each seller receives a separate order.
Get a shipping quote
After you order, the seller will contact you through Discord with the shipping cost and payment instructions. Each seller handles shipping and fulfillment separately.
Pay the seller
Pay the seller using the instructions they send you on Discord. Payment is made directly to the seller, not charged through website checkout. If you ordered from multiple sellers, pay each seller separately.
Need to reach your seller?
If the seller hasn’t messaged you within a few days, message the seller directly on Discord. If you still haven’t received a reply a couple of days after that, post in the OnlyDews Support channel in Dew Drinker Discord.
Why do we operate this way?
Offline payments reduce fees, helping keep website and order costs from increasing. Items are sold at a small profit to help keep them affordable.
